The Datsun redi-GO Sport has been launched at a price of Rs. 3.49 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). It will be sold only during the upcoming festive season.
Datsun launched the redi-GO in India 3 months back and the automaker has sold around 14,000 units of the car. Now, Datsun has launched the redi-GO Sport in India and it comes at a price of Rs. 3.49 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The redi-GO Sport will be sold along side the regular version of the hatchback.
The Datsun redi-GO Sport is offered with 3 colours – Red, Grey and White and the hatchback gets body decals too. The Sport version also gets red accents on the front grille, black wheel covers, rear spoiler, black interiors, Bluetooth audio system, remote keyless entry and rear parking sensors.
There are no other changes to the car and it continues to come with the same mechanicals. The Datsun redi-GO is powered by an 800cc, 3-cylinder, petrol engine which produces 53 HP of power and 72 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The Sport variant is available only on the S trim and will be available for a limited period this festive season.
