Datsun has introduced Vehicle Dynamic Control system for both the GO siblings along with a new colour.
Datsun had updated the GO and GO+ models last year with a comprehensive facelift. Both the siblings came with a mild visual update on the exterior as well as interior. The cars came equipped with touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The Japanese carmaker has now introduced a new Vehicle Dynamic Control tech with the GO models in order to make them safer. This tech monitors wheel speed, steering wheel position and lateral acceleration via sensors to provide electronic stability control.
Apart from this update, Datsun is now offering a new Vivid Blue colour option. The new Datsun GO and GO+ come with anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD), brake assist (BA) and dual front airbags as standard across all the variants.
There are no changes in the pricing with this update and the Datsun GO continues to come with a price tag of Rs. 3.32 lakhs (ex-showroom). Powering both the cars is a 1.2-litre HR12 DE 3-cylinder petrol engine that develops 68 PS of power and 104 Nm of torque. The Japanese carmaker claims a fuel efficiency of 19.83 km/l.
