The Japanese automaker has lured youth customers in India with their funky and quirky products on display. They have scored a perfect 10 when it comes to customer satisfaction and product quality. Growing under Nissan’s shelter in India, the brand has been able to create a loyal fan base for itself with its entry-level hatchbacks.
The Datsun GO is actually one of the oldest products from the company to be released in India. The brand name stands for Dream, Access and Trust, almost literally. The company has quoted that Datsun will continue to cater to customers with the heritage of Japanese technology and a modern-day design. Customers now also have a dual-tone black and beige interior with silver finish accents. A piano black central instrument cluster too makes its debut in this hatch.
Apart from the mien, the Datsun GO and GO+ are equipped with follow-me-home headlamps, speed sensitive electric power steering, powerful air conditioning, front power windows, universal mobile phone holder, auxiliary-in and USB charger, central locking and full wheel covers. The ‘Style Edition’ will be available till the month of October. The revamped hatchback GO will start at Rs. 4,06,974/- and the GO+ at Rs. 4,77,552/- (ex-showroom, Delhi).
