Citroen C3 accessories are too many to count, there’s something in store for every kind of customer
Ahead of its launch on 20th July, the accessory list of Citroen C3 list has been leaked and it’s just wow. The French maker is offering too many accessories to count including an air purifier and this ups the compact SUV’s appeal even further.
To start with, Citroen is readied a huge variety of accessories under 4 packages – Convenience, Vibe, Elegance, and Energy. While Vibe, Elegance, and Energy contain exterior accessories, Convenience contains interior ones. In addition to these packs, customers can also choose from a basic list of accessories.
The Convenience pack has interiors accessories including neck rest, lumbar cushion, black cabin floor mat and carpet, rear sun blind, cabin sun blind, seat belt velvet cushion, leather steering wheel cover, black trunk mat and carpet, and mud flap.
The Vibe pack has exterior accessories including fog lamp kit, touch around fog lamp, body side moulding, and touch around rear reflector.
Similarly, the Elegance pack contains touch around rear reflector chrome, indicator bezel chrome, exterior chrome tail lamp, chromed beltline moulding (window trim), touch around chrome fog lamp, chrome finish bumper, body side moulding chrome insert, and chrome door handles.
The Energy pack too has exterior accessories including rear spoiler, front skid plate, rear skid plate, wheel arch cladding, and weather shield window visors.
The other basic accessories are electronic horn, alarm system, bin-on door cup holder, bumper corner protector, speakers, air purifier, body cover, emergency tools, infotainment system touchscreen guard, double USB charger, rear seat organiser, 2-din audio system, door edge guard, jump starter, engine guard, door sill guards, RVC harness, and parcel tray.
In total there are 44 accessories for the Citroen C3, enough for each customer to stand out from the crowd. The company has offered some crazy accessories like electronic horn, jump starter, and 2-din audio system in addition to the air purifier.
The compact SUV will be available in a choice of 6 colours – Zesty Orange, Platinum Grey, Polar White, Steel Grey, Dual-tone Platinum Grey, and Dual-tone Zesty Orange. There will also be 2 interiors trims to choose – Anodized Grey and Zesty Orange.
The French maker claimed that it has achieved 90 percent localisation for the car with most of the suppliers in under 50 km from its Chennai plant. It further said that the entry-level model in its portfolio has been tested across the country for more than 25 lakh km.
The C3 undergoes 250 quality checks during production according to the company. During the reveal earlier, the brand also launched what it calls ‘Citroen Service Promise’ with 7 features.
They include anytime anywhere access, virtual remote diagnosis, period service/maintenance with pickup and drop, 180-minute RSA guarantee, remote service job card opening, service cost estimator on website, and genuine spare part availability 24 hours.
The interesting aspect to note here is the C3’s expected price. Sources say, it would command a starting ex-showroom price of just over Rs. 5.5 lakhs undercutting even the affordable Nissan Magnite.
