The BS6 range looks exactly the same as the BS4 models.
Suzuki has revealed the BS6-compliant V-Strom 650 XT at the ongoing 2020 Auto Expo. In terms of design, there is absolutely no change, not even new paint or decal.
Suzuki hasn’t revealed the power and torque figures of the BS6-compliant motor. All we know is that the 645cc engine is now BS6-compliant. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. The old BS4 model used to make 71 PS and 62.3 Nm. It is safe to assume that the BS6-compliant motor will have a slightly different power output.
While the existing model of the Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT retails at Rs 7.52 lakhs (ex-showroom), the BS6 version will carry a minor premium over the current pricing. It goes up against the Kawasaki Versys 650 and the SWM Superdual T.
