Royal Enfield have introduced their Borderless Warranty Program, making it the first Indian manufacturer to provide a global warranty initiative consumer program. This is applicable for all current Royal Enfield vehicles under warranty and the newly purchased ones from authorised dealers from across the globe.
Terms Of The Warranty
Backing this program are 3000+ Royal Enfield authorised service centres across 2605 cities in 70+ countries. Which provides a worry free experience for riders to travel anywhere around the world. It comes with a 3 year warranty with unlimited mileage only covering material and workmanship defects. The warranty period starts after the retail invoice date, after which you cannot stop or interrupt the warranty.
Repairs under Warranty are only for the remainder of the original warranty period and can only be repaired at authorised service centres. After market parts are a strict no and only Royal Enfield Genuine Parts can be used for replacements. That being said, the manufacturer has the right to approve, disapprove or reject any warranty claim submitted by channel partners. It is recommended to use genuine parts and recommended services to be eligible for warranty.
