BMW XM price revealed for the Indian market, deliveries in May 2023
BMW XM launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 2.60 crores (ex-showroom). This is the first standalone M vehicle from the carmaker since BMW M1. The performance SUV will be imported to India directly as a CBU. Deliveries to commence from May 2023.
The German luxury carmaker has started taking the bookings for this car. It is available in 7 colour options – Cape York Green, Toronto Red, Mineral White, BMW Individual Dravit Grey, Black Sapphire, Marina Bay Blue and Carbon Black. Upholstery options include Sakhir Orange, Deep Lagoon, Silverstone and Black.
It is powered by an M Hybrid powertrain that comes with a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 mated to an electric motor. It produces a combined power output of 653 HP and 800 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The BMW XM does 0-100 km/hr in 4.3 seconds. It has a top speed of 250 km/hr which can be extended to 270 km/hr with M Driver’s Package. It gets a high voltage 25.7 kW lithium-ion battery. The car has a pure electric range of 88 km.
