Recently, the BMW Group introduced MINI as a premium brand in India. Products like MINI, MINI Convertible and MINI Countryman are now available in India as Completely Built-Up units. And for this, the iconic carmaker planned to establish an exclusive MINI dealer network. As an implementation of the same, MINI India announced the opening of Bird Automotive, the first of the dealerships in New Delhi. The outlet located at Vasant Kunj will display the MINI hatch, MINI Convertible and MINI Countryman.

Bird Automotive will offer after sales support to MINI customers from its work shop in M.G. Road, Gurgaon. Further expansion plans include setting up exclusive outlets in Indian market. This includes Deutsche Motoren in Delhi (National Capital Region) and Infinity Cars in Mumbai.
