Benelli’s new 4-cylinder bike spotted without camouflage.
Benelli’s next generation TNT 600 was about to launch soon in China. However, the COVID-19 situation delayed the launch of the bike.
We saw the leaked patent images of the bike recently revealing the design. Now, the new gen middle-weight motorcycle from Benelli is completely revealed in spy pics.
The bike has been spotted undisguised in China in its production form. The name has been changed to Benelli SRK600. There is no resemblance to its predecessor and the bike looks fresh.
There is an aggressive yet sporty design language. The front profile comes with a new sleek headlight. There is an all-digital instrument cluster which is expected with connected tech. The bike features keyless ignition as well.
It comes with a flippy key to access the fuel tank. There is a touch sensitive ignition button on the tank to start/stop the engine. All these latest-tech features look fancy and will surely attract young audience.
The Benelli SRK600 spied here reveals a new sub-frame and underbelly exhaust. Mechanically, the bike is likely to remain the same.
It will be powered by an updated Euro 5 compliant 600cc, in-line 4 engine producing 86.24 PS at 11,500 RPM and 54.6 Nm torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
We can hope and expect Benelli to introduce the new generation bike in India too. It is unlikely to come anytime soon due to the pandemic crisis globally. However, we should expect the bike to arrive sometime in 2021 if it gets a green signal for India.
