
The asking price of the Benelli 502c is about Rs. 29,000/- more than the Leoncino 500’s cost
Benelli India has launched the 502c middleweight cruiser in India with a price tag of Rs. 4,98,800/- (ex-showroom), today.
Built on a steel trellis frame, the motorcycle has a large 21-litre fuel tank, high-set handlebar, single piece seat, double barrel stainless steel exhaust and full LED lighting.

It also gets a digital instrument cluster and is offered in only 2 colour choices for now and they are – Matte Cognac Red and Matte Black.
Powering the cruiser bike is a 500cc, 2-cylinder that puts out 47.5 PS of peak power at 8500 RPM and 46 Nm of maximum torque at 6000 RPM. The motor comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
With 41 mm inverted front fork (135 mm travel) and an adjustable rear monoshock, the Benelli 502c has 170 mm of ground clearance.

Riding on 17-inch wheels (120-section front and 160-section rear rubber), the motorcycle’s braking is taken care of by dual 280 mm semi-floating discs at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS assist.
Benelli says deliveries of the 502c, which comes with a 3-year and unlimited kilometre warranty, will commence from August this year.
