BattRE Electric Mobility has launched its first product in the Indian market.
BattRE Electric Mobility is a Jaipur-based electric 2-wheeler startup that has launched its first e-scooter. The BattRE e-scooter is priced at Rs. 63,555/- (ex-showroom, India). The BattRE e-scooter comes with all-LED lighting with round-shaped headlight and a retro design language.
The e-scooter gets a retro look thanks to the circular headlight and the mirrors. It gets a black windshield fitted on the handlebar and an all-digital instrument console but without Bluetooth connectivity. But, the e-scooter is not feature deprived and comes with keyless ignition, Anti-theft alarm and a USB charger. The last feature is an optional extra on the e-scooter.
The company is offering 5 colour options on their product. The pillion gets a single-piece pillion grab rail to complement the overall looks of the e-scooter. It also gets a bottle storage upfront and smoked out tail light covers. The scooter weighs in at 65 kgs and sits on 10-inch alloy wheels with disc brakes at both ends.
The scooter derives energy from a 48V 30 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack that powers the BLDC motor. This scooter takes up to 2.5 hours for a full charge when a 54.6 V 10 Amp charger is used. The scooter is also equipped with an automatic cut-off mechanism which comes into picture when the battery is fully charged. The battery life is said to be 2000 cycles and on a single charge, the e-scooter can do up to 90 km.
