Bajaj Pulsar N150 launched to replace P150
Bajaj Pulsar N150 launched, priced at Rs. 1.18 lakhs (ex-showroom). The new entrant to the Pulsar range is based on the P150 platform but has the looks of the N160.
Bajaj Auto is offering the Pulsar N150 in three colour options – Racing Red, Ebony Black & Metallic Pearl White. Compared to the N160, it comes with different alloy wheel design, single seat instead of split seat setup and different colour options.
The motorcycle is powered by a 149.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 14.5 PS at 8500 RPM and 13.5 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM. It is mated to a 5-speed transmission.
Bajaj Auto is offering a single variant for now that comes with 260 mm front disc brake and 130 mm rear drum brake. It comes equipped with single-channel ABS as standard.
It gets 31 mm telescopic front forks and monoshock rear suspension. The Indian motorcycle maker is offering 90/90-17 front and 120/70-17 rear tyres.
Some of the features include side-stand engine cut off, semi-digital instrument cluster, LED projector headlight, LED day-time running lights, single piece grab rail, black alloys, underbelly exhaust, etc.
The Indian bike maker hopes to spin out big volumes of the newly launched bike during the upcoming festive season in India.
