The Bajaj Pulsar 250F teaser has been released in the nick of time
Bajaj Auto has released the teaser of the upcoming Pulsar 250F today ahead of the motorcycle’s unveil set to take place on 28th October, 2021.
To be revealed in celebration of 2 decades of the Pulsar brand, the biggest Pulsar to date will also be, according to the video description “badder, and stylish”.
Bajaj has not tried to keep the motorcycle’s styling completely under wraps. Yes, the 250F in the video has a black paint scheme and the background is dark too, but, squint your eyes and the details of the bike can be clearly seen.
Up front, there is a new lighting unit with twin-brow DRLs, a small flyscreen, new mirrors and slim indicators that look to be LEDs.
The fairing has been designed to keep turbulent air away from the rider, while the fuel tank looks largish and connects with the semi-fairing. There is an engine cowl too.
In addition, the motorcycle also has split seat, a sharp tail with small number plate holder, a tyre hugger, stubby exhaust and LED tail lamps that now form an ‘X’.
Riding on wheels borrowed from its ageing NS siblings, the Pulsar 250F also has telescopic front suspension, a monoshock at the rear, twin discs and high-set handlebars.
The quarter litre motorcycle also comes with a new cluster and it should have smartphone connectivity. One cannot be sure as to how the new switchgear look like due to the way the Bajaj Pulsar 250F teaser has been made.
Built on an all-new platform, the new Pulsar will be powered by an air-and oil-cooled 250cc motor with variable valve actuation. Teamed to a 6-speed gearbox, the motorcycle should have a slip and assist clutch too. Expect Bajaj to offer ride modes and dual channel ABS too.
With the teaser of the Pulsar 250F released, can we expect to see the teaser of the Pulsar 250/NS250 to arrive as well? Time will tell.
