The drum brake variant of the Pulsar 125 is no longer listed on the website.
The smallest displacement Bajaj Pulsar 125 was launched with two variants – drum and disc. It seems like the Indian bike maker has silently discontinued the drum variant as it has been removed from the price list.
The website has only listed the Bajaj Pulsar 125 disc variant that retails at Rs. 66,618/- (ex-showroom, Delhi). The drum variant was priced at Rs. 64,000/-.
Not only this, Bajaj Auto seems to have discontinued the Solar Red and Platinum Silver colour options for the Pulsar 125. It is currently available only with the Neon Blue colour option.
There was no other change between the disc and drum variant apart from the brakes. It is powered by a 124.4 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that churns out 12 PS of peak power at 8500 RPM and 11 Nm of peak torque at 6500 RPM, mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
