Bajaj Platina 100 KS CBS Launched, Priced At Rs. 40,500/-

Bajaj updates the Platina with CBS just a week before the government mandated April 1st deadline.

The kick start version of the Platina is Rs. 6905/- cheaper than the electric start version

Bajaj Auto launched the Platina 100 Kick Start (KS) in India at a price of Rs. 40,500/- (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi). The update includes the addition of the combined braking system (CBS). This update comes right a week before the government’s safety norms deadline of 1st April 2019.

The motorcycle is powered by 102cc engine and comes mated to a 4-speed gearbox. The engine is housed in a tubular, semi-double-cradle frame. The bike has telescopic suspensions at the front and a spring in spring setup at the rear. The bike continues to be equipped with drum brakes for both ends.

The new motorcycle is available in two colours – black and wine red with silver graphics. The Platina 100 Kick Start CBS is Rs. 6905/- cheaper than the electric-start variant of the Platina 100, which is priced at Rs. 47,405/-. The aggressive pricing will attract a lot of customers.
