The e-scooter charges up within 4 hours, touches a top speed of 45 km/hr.
Avan Motors had showcased its electric scooter, the Xero+ in September 2018 and and now the company has launched it in India at a price tag of Rs. 47,000/- (ex-showroom, India).
The Avan Xero+ is available in two battery packs – the single battery pack offers a range of 60 kms whereas the twin battery pack offers a range of 110 kms per charge. The battery packs are detachable and can be charged in regular household power sockets. The e-scooter is capable of touching a top speed of 45 km/hr. The charging time of the battery is 2-4 hours.
The Avan Xero+ is equipped with a disc brake in the front wheel and a drum brake at the rear. The max load the scooter can take is 150 kgs. The manufacturer will offer an extended warranty along with an initial spare parts tool kit with the first batch of its scooters being sold. After-sales services to the customers as well as roadside assistance will be provided by Avan Motors.
