Porsche India has announced the arrival of the new Panamera with five variants available for sale in our country. It is a four-seater performance oriented car, which has got sporty driving dynamics, luxury and comfort going hand in hand. Compared to the previous model, the new Panamera looks sharper, thanks to the updated styling elements. The five variants being offered by Porsche in India are, Panamera Turbo, Panamera GTS, Panamera V6, Panamera 4 and Panamera Diesel. With the new model, Porsche has updated the PDK transmission that improves the fuel efficiency.
The suspension and steering system of the new Porsche Panamera has also been tweaked for added comfort and response. The 18-inch wheels are now lighter and you also get an improved Porsche Stability Management system. Some of the new standard features include an electric sun roof, Porsche Communication Management plus Navigation, BOSE sound system, Park Assist with reverse camera and Air Suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM).
Optional equipment such as LED headlights featuring Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus and a 1000W Burmester Surround Sound System is available. Visual changes on the new Panamera includes LED tail light cluster, wider air vents, redesigned turning signals, revised rear section that includes wider spoiler and rear wind screen. The entry level Panamera is priced at Rs. 1,19,28,000/-, Panamera 4 at Rs. 1,22,00,000/-, Panamera GTS at Rs. 1,60,45,000/-, Panamera Turbo at Rs. 1,99,64,000/- and Panamera Diesel at Rs. 1,23,31,000/- (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
