Tata Motors recently unveiled 8 new product upgrades as part of its HORIZONEXT strategy. The company will be updating its existing line-up completely in the near future. While most Tata vehicles have already got an update, some of them are yet to get a refresh. Three products which will be updated in the near future include the Vista, Manza and Aria. The Aria facelift is due in October. While all Tata vehicles continue with more of less the same design, the Vista and Manza will get an all new face.
Tata Motors will give the Vista and Manza the same front-end which it showcased on the Manza hybrid at the 2012 Auto Expo. While the overall body shape remains the same the new front design transforms the Vista completely. The rear will get some changes too but the front design will be similar on the MY2014 Vista and Manza. The new front boasts of sharply cut headlights, an all new grille and an aggressive bumper which is likely to feature daytime running lights. The bonnet is new as well.
On the inside, Tata Motors is expected to give the facelifted Vista some tweaks including the use of silver and chrome on the dashboard. Features like ESP, 6-airbags and projector headlights are likely to be offered on the top-end variant. Tata Motors doesn’t have to worry about the powertrain options on the updated Vista and Manza, as the Fiat sourced engines are a gem. There are chances of the 1.4-litre T-Jet motor making its way into these cars but our sources are unable to confirm the same. Do you like the changes to the Vista’s design?
