The MG M9 EV was unveiled at the Auto Expo 2025, showcasing the brand’s commitment to blending luxury with electric mobility. Set to launch in May 2025, this three-row electric SUV comes with a range of 500 km on a full charge and offers several high-end features that position it as a premium offering in India’s growing EV market.

The M9 EV offers a spacious and luxurious cabin with three rows of seating, including captain seats in the second row. With a length of 5270 mm and a 3200 mm wheelbase, the vehicle provides ample space for passengers. The cabin is designed with high-end touches like sliding automatic doors, dual digital displays and a panoramic sunroof to elevate the overall experience.

Under the hood, the M9 EV is powered by a 90 kWh battery pack paired with a 241 BHP electric motor producing 350 Nm of torque. The M9 EV also supports V2L (Vehicle to Load) and V2C (Vehicle to Charge) functions, allowing you to power devices or even charge other vehicles. Additionally, it can be fast-charged from 0-80% in just 20 minutes, which will make it incredibly convenient for long-distance journeys.

The M9 EV comes equipped with a range of technological features, including Level-2 ADAS, automatic climate control, and powered second-row seats with an Ottoman function for added comfort. Other features include third-row AC vents and a panoramic sunroof. In terms of safety, the M9 EV offers eight airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, ESP, hill-hold control, and more to ensure safety on the road.

The MG M9 EV, expected to be priced between Rs. 75-80 lakhs, is set to compete with premium MPVs like the Kia Carnival and Toyota Vellfire, offering a luxury electric alternative in this segment.
