Mahindra Scorpio N New Features

Mahindra Scorpio N Z8 variants get updated with new features

Mahindra Scorpio N Z8 variants have received a new update with several new features. The updated variants make the Scorpio N more desirable with the much awaited new features on offer that were missing on this SUV. Also, the Midnight Black colour option is now available to entire Z8 Premium Range.

Mahindra has added new features to the Z8 S, Z8 and Z8 L trims. The Z8 S and Z8 trims get wireless charger and high gloss centre console. The Z8 L is now available with ventilated seats, auto dimming IRVM, wireless charger with active cooling and high gloss centre console.

The ventilated seats are available for both the front and rear passengers, a rare and valuable feature in the Indian market. This makes the Scorpio N one of the few vehicles, alongside the Tata Safari, to offer ventilated seats in both rows, enhancing passenger comfort, especially in the hot Indian climate.

Despite these upgrades, there are still a few features that the Scorpio N lacks. The vehicle does not yet offer a 360 degree camera, which could be beneficial given its large size, nor does it include a camera-based Level-2 ADAS suite that is available on the smaller XUV3XO. Additionally, the Scorpio N retains a single-pane sunroof.

The powertrain options for the Scorpio N will remain unchanged. It will continue to offer a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine delivering 200 BHP and 370 Nm of torque and a 2.2-litre diesel engine providing up to 172 BHP and 400 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.

The addition of these new features to the Scorpio N may also be extended to the XUV700, enhancing its appeal further. As Mahindra continues to innovate and improve its offerings, the Scorpio N is set to maintain its strong position in the market, providing consumers with a robust, feature packed SUV option.
