Yamaha FZ-X is now available in metallic black and chrome colour options
Yamaha has introduced new colours for the FZ-X to make it look fresh in the segment. It now comes with metallic black colour scheme which is priced at Rs. 1,36,200/- (ex-showroom) and chrome colour option which is priced at Rs. 1,39,700/- (ex-showroom).
The first 100 online bookings for the chrome variant will get a free Casio G-Shock watch at the time of delivery. The chrome variant comes with chrome finishing on the headlight cover along with the fuel tank and some other parts of the motorcycle. There is golden treatment as well on the alloy wheels and even the FZ-X badging. It will catch a lot of attention with its shiny new colour scheme.
The second colour, which is the metallic black variant, gets an all-black treatment with some silver embellishments. It gets black headlight cover, alloy wheels, fuel tank, etc. but comes with silver finished parts as well.
There are no mechanical changes in the motorcycle. It is powered by the same 149cc engine producing 12.4 PS at 7250 RPM and 13.3 Nm peak torque at 5500 RPM. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Other highlights of the bike include Traction Control System (TCS), single-channel ABS in the front with a rear disc brake, Multi-function LCD instrument cluster, LED headlight, rear mudguard, lower engine guard and Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect App.
