Maruti Suzuki Invicto bookings officially open
Maruti Suzuki has officially commenced the bookings of the Invicto MPV (rebadged Toyota Innova HyCross). It can be booked with a token amount of Rs. 25,000/-. You can book the MPV at Nexa dealerships or on their official website.
We leaked the front design few days back. Maruti differentiates the Invicto with the Innova by giving it a new grille. The grille looks inspired by the current lot of Suzuki cars. The chrome elements on the grille extend inside the headlamps. The bumpers also get revised. However, the alloy wheel design looks the same.
In the teaser image above we can notice some red accents on the D-pillar which we don’t see in the HyCross. We believe these are the extensions of the tail lights to give it a different look.
We can expect Maruti to introduce a couple of different colours like Nexa blue with the Invicto. The interior will remain more or less the same. Apart from the Suzuki logo on the steering wheel, don’t expect much differentiation between the two.
Engine options will also remain unchanged. It will be available with both 2.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol and strong hybrid petrol engine options. There will be no manual transmission option just like the HyCross.
