Toyota Vellfire to get a completely new styling, based on a new platform
The highly anticipated next generation Toyota Vellfire has been leaked ahead of its global launch. The new Vellfire will get a refreshed design both inside and out, based on the modular TNGA platform. It will be launched in the international markets, India launch is still quite far away.
Exterior
The new Toyota Vellfire exhibits several noteworthy enhancements. The MPV retains its boxy and straightforward profile. However, there are a lot of new styling changes. There is a humongous 6-slat grille up front. Split headlamps merge well with the grille design. The front windscreen merges seamlessly with the roof. There are chrome accents around the windows. It gives a glimpse of the Lexus LM MPV from some angles.
At the rear, the Vellfire gets a sharper tail light cluster with chrome elements. There is a huge Vellfire badging and a Toyota logo on the tailgate. There is a large spoiler with a chrome border.
Interior
Although interior images are not yet available, it is expected that the new Vellfire will get loaded with luxurious features and comfortable seating options. It is quite a popular vehicle amongst comfort seeking well-heeled customers in India.
Engine
The new generation Toyota Vellfire is expected to get a 2.5-litre petrol-hybrid engine. It will be offered in multiple engine options in the international market.
