2023 BMW X1 bookings commence in India unofficially
2023 BMW X1 is about to launch anytime soon in India and unofficial bookings have already commenced. The next generation X1 is expected to hit the showrooms in January 2023 in our country. The deliveries are expected to commence from March 2023.
The new model comes with a sharper design language. The overall silhouette looks more or less the same but the styling is completely new and the dimensions are bigger now.
The headlights look sharp, the grille has grown in size while the bumpers are redesigned for a fresh appeal. The tail lights too look edgy with a more premium look at the rear profile.
The interior gets a new dashboard inspired by some of its new siblings. There is a dual screen setup for the infotainment touchscreen (10.7-inch) and digital instrument cluster (10.25-inch).
The X1 is available in multiple petrol and diesel engine options in the international market with 48V mild hybrid tech. In India we can expect BMW to get both 2.0-litre diesel and petrol engine options with 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox.
It will compete with the likes of Mercedes GLA, Audi Q3 and Volvo XC40 in India.
