The asking price of the 2022 Honda CB300R BS6 is Rs. 36,000/- more than the BS4 version’s cost
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the 2022 CB300R at a price of Rs. 2.77 lakhs (ex-showroom, New Delhi), today.
Available in Matte Steel Black and Pearl Spartan Red colours, the motorcycle comes with a round LED headlamp, brushed alloy radiator shrouds, blacked engine, newly designed muffler, gold-coloured inverted front forks and an LCD digital display.
For the price, 2022 Honda CB300R comes with a gear position indicator, side stand indicator with engine inhibitor, and a 7-step preload adjustable rear monoshock. Also, the bike can hold 9.7 litres of petrol and weighs 146 kg (wet).
Power comes from a 286cc, 4-valve, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder motor making 22.9 kW or 30.71 BHP at 9000 RPM and 27.5 Nm of peak torque at 7500 RPM. The engine is teamed to a 6-speed gearbox and has an assist and slipper clutch.
Riding on 17-inch wheels with 110/70-section front tyre and 150/60-section rear rubber, the motorcycle features a 296 mm disc up front with a 4-pot radial-mounted caliper and 220 mm rear disc with dual channel ABS assist that works on the inertial measurement unit (IMU).
