Kawasaki has increased the price of the Ninja 650 by Rs. 7000/- for 2022
Kawasaki has launched the 2022 model year Ninja 650 with a price tag of Rs. 6.61 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Having increased the asking price of the middleweight motorcycle by Rs. 7000/-, Kawasaki has introduced new colourways namely Lime Green and Pearl Robotic White for the bike.
Now, the Lime Green paint scheme features a white contrasting section on the lower part of the fairing and red pinstripes along with plentiful black-coloured parts.
On the other hand, the new Pearl Robotic White shade looks classy thanks to a nice mix of white, metallic grey and line green colours.
Apart from the new colourways, the motorcycle sports the same styling as the 2021 model. It does come with an improved flyscreen and Dunlop Sportmax Roadsport 2 tyres.
In addition, the 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 650 price also gets customers a 4.3-inch TFT display that features smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth now.
Powering the bike is a 649cc parallel twin motor that is good for 68 PS of peak power and 64 Nm of maximum torque. It comes mated to a 6-speed transmission and has a slipper clutch too.
Weighing in at 196 kg, the middleweight bike has a 15-litre fuel tank and rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped with 120/70-section tyre upfront and 160/60-section rubber at the back.
Sporting 41 mm telescopic front fork and a rear monoshock with adjustable preload, the bike also gets semi-floating 300 mm discs with dual piston calipers upfront and a 220 mm disc with single piston caliper at the back.
