The price of the MG Gloster Savvy 7-seater and 6-seater are the same
MG Motor India has launched the Gloster Savvy 7-seater variant with a price tag of Rs. 37.28 lakhs (ex-showroom, New Delhi), today.
Incidentally, the carmaker has kept the asking price of both the 6-seater and the new 7-seater versions of the SUV’s Savvy variant the same.
Apart from the inclusion of a bench seat in the second row, the Gloster Savvy trim stays the same. It comes with features like 8-inch instrument display, 12.3-inch touchscreen, i-Smart technology, 3-zone climate control, driver seat massage function, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, and several others.
Further, by paying the MG Gloster Savvy 7-seater price, customers also get Level 1 autonomous features, multiple drive modes and for better off-road ability, a BorgWarner transfer case.
Powering the Gloster Savvy is a 2.0-litre twin turbocharged diesel engine that puts out a maximum power output of 218 PS and 480 Nm of peak torque. The motor comes mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
Now, with the introduction of the Savvy 7-seater, the Gloster is not available with a 7-seater option in only the Smart variant. The base Super trim is offered as a 7-seater only, while the Sharp variant can be had with both seating configurations.
