The recently spotted 2022 Tata Tiago NRG is based on the Tiago facelift
The 2022 model year Tata Tiago NRG has been spotted at a dealership ahead of its market launch that is scheduled to take place on 4th August.
Based on the facelifted Tiago, the NRG will get the same styling upgrades as the regular hatchback. But, of course, what makes this model different is that it rides a bit higher and features body cladding throughout.
Now, thanks to the revised bumpers, the skid plates have been altered. At the rear, the skid plate trim is a lot wider and looks better too.
Sporting new alloy wheels (which do look simple and good), the recently spotted 2022 Tata Tiago NRG comes with black roof rails as before.
Other blacked elements on the Tiago NRG facelift include the roof, door handles, ORVMs and the B- and C-pillars.
Inside, the 2022 Tiago NRG will come with a digital instrument cluster, 7-inch infotainment touchscreen and smartphone connectivity. It will also come with parking sensors and a rear-view camera.
A sole 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that makes a maximum of 86 PS and 113 Nm of peak torque will power the car and it will be paired with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed AMT.
