The price list of the new Tata Dark Edition models based on the Altroz, Nexon and Nexon EV has been revealed
Tata has launched the Altroz Dark Edition with a starting asking price of Rs. 8.71 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi), today, as it expands its #Dark portfolio.
The carmaker has also introduced the Nexon Dark Edition which costs from Rs. 10.40 lakhs, while the Nexon EV Dark Edition is priced from Rs. 15.99 lakhs (the prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
Tata Altroz Dark Edition –
On the outside, The Altroz Dark Edition comes in Cosmo Black exterior colour, chrome embellishment, 16-inch alloy wheels in dark tint finish and model-specific emblem.
Inside, the car comes with Granite Black theme with metallic gloss black mid pad. The leatherette upholstery comes with Blue tri-arrow perforations and Deco Blue stitching. Also, the seat headrests will have #Dark embroidered on them.
Available in the top XZ+ variant, for the price, Tata Altroz Dark Edition will come with all the bells and whistles and it will be offered with a 1.2-litre petrol engine in both naturally aspirated and turbocharged forms.
Tata Nexon Dark Edition –
Offered in XZ+, XZA+, XZ+(O) and XZA+(O) variants, in both 120 PS 1.2-litre turbo petrol and 110 PS 1.5-litre diesel options, the Nexon Dark Edition features Atlas Black body colour, Sonic Silver belt line and 16-inch charcoal alloys.
Sporting a ‘Dark’ interior pack, it gets black dashboard panel, black leatherette seats with tri-arrow perforations, #Dark embroidery on front headrests, door trims with tri-arrow theme.
Tata Nexon EV Dark Edition –
The best-selling EV in India has also received the full black treatment. Available in the top 2 variants – XZ+ and XZ+ LUX – the car comes with Midnight Black exterior shade, Satin Black humanity line and beltline, along with Charcoal Grey 16-inch alloy wheels.
The interior of the Nexon EV Dark Edition is identical to the Nexon Dark Edition’s cabin, save for the piano black dashboard with tri-arrow design and leatherette steering wheel with EV blue highlight stitches.
No changes have been made to the mechanicals of the EV which continues to come with a 30.2 kWh Lithium-ion battery and a permanent synchronous magnet induction motor that makes 129 PS and 245 Nm of torque.
Tata Harrier Dark Edition –
In addition to launching the above models, Tata has also updated the Harrier Dark Edition, which now costs from Rs. 18.04 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Available in the top 3 variants – XT+, XZ+ and XZA+ – the updated Harrier Dark Edition will come with a new Oberon Black colour with a tinge of Deep Blue, while exterior elements get Piano Black finish.
On the inside, the SUV features Benecke Kaliko leatherette upholstery with Deep Blue tri-arrow perforations, #Dark embroidery on front seat headrests and a Dark Chrome interior pack. Mechanically, the car remains unchanged.
Moreover, the company has also introduced #Dark branded merchandise and all models will also get a tyre puncture repair kit (Nexon EV Dark edition also gets TPMS).
