The top 2-wheeler manufacturer of the nation states its virtual showroom feature will enable customers to discover, engage and purchase its products online. This initiative has been introduced by the firm soon after the launch of its messaging app-based chatbot services.
Apart from providing a 360-degree view of both the showroom and products, the Hero Virtual Showroom comes with a product and accessory configurator and augmented reality feature that can be experienced in Android and iOS devices.
In all, the Hero Virtual Showroom showcases 9 products namely – Destini 125, Maestro Edge 110, Maestro Edge 125, Passion Pro, Pleasure+, Splendor+, Xpulse 200, Xtreme 160R and Xtreme 200S.
All of these 2-wheelers can be purchased through Hero MotoCorp’s e-commerce portal (eShop), while customers can also request a call back to enquire about the vehicle of their choice, says the 2-wheeler major.
