Nissan has revealed the 2021 Patrol Nismo that will be sold exclusively in the Middle East. Sporting an aggressive body kit, the large SUV looks the business from every angle.
Upfront, there are sizeable headlamps with C-shaped elements and they flank the large honeycomb grille with chrome surround.
The bumper is more sportier now and it houses side ducts which, Nissan says, help the car achieve zero lift force, which is not common when it comes to SUVs.
Along the sides, the car has 22-inch machine cut alloy wheels which reduce a total of 4.5 kg from the car’s weight, while the roof rails now come in a darker shade.
Compared to the rear section, both the front and side profiles of the car might look tame, for there is a huge roof spoiler, aggressive bumper, twin exhaust outlets and a large diffuser sporting.
Nissan has given plenty of red touches throughout the exterior of the car and has carried the same theme inside, for the upholstery is now in red and black.
In addition, there are new front seats which are claimed to be more supportive and they are wrapped in a mix of leather and Alcantara. Further, there are carbon fibre trim finishers, Nismo logo on headrests and red stitching to add to the sporty feel.
Despite being a sporty model, the 2021 Nissan Patrol Nismo does come with several latest features such as 7-inch and 8-inch screens on the revised centre console, Apple CarPlay, wireless charger, USB ports, among others.
Powering the SUV is a 5.6-litre V8 motor that has been tuned to produce a maximum of 428 HP and 560 Nm of peak torque. In order to help the car put the power down, Nissan has reinforced the body and fitted Bilstein suspension to it.
