Royal Enfield – The Indian bike maker has commenced their operations in Japan. They have inaugurated their first showroom in Tokyo. The dealership will have select motorcycles from their range along with accessories and apparels. Royal Enfield will sell Bullet 500, Classic 500, Himalayan and the 650 twins in Japan.
Suzuki – The Japanese bike maker has marginally increased the pricing of the Suzuki Intruder 155. It is now dearer by Rs. 186 and comes with an ex-showroom price of Rs. 1,22,327/-. There are no changes in the features or equipment. It was launched in its BS6 guise in March 2020.
MG Motor – The MG ZS EV electric SUV is now available with a subscription package in select cities including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru. The carmaker has partnered with Zoomcar and Orix to roll out the subscription services. It is available in Mumbai for a rental scheme of Rs. 49,999/- per month for 36 months
Indian Highway Network – The Finance Minister has today announced Rs. 1.18 lakh crores for the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. The highway network will be expanded by 8500 km by March 2022.
