The Toyota Innova Crysta facelift is set for launch this month and also dealers have supposedly started accepting bookings for the same.
Revealed in Indonesia last month, the facelifted MPV’s errr…face has been tweaked a bit and now sports a new grille, revised bumper, redesigned fog lights and indicators.
At the rear, there is a new registration plate holder, while there are new alloy wheels as well. When it comes to the interior, Toyota is expected to provide a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, with possibly different upholstery.
No changes are expected to be made to the powertrain of the MPV and thus, it will continue to be powered by a 2.4-litre diesel engine making 150 PS and up to 360 Nm (343 Nm in MT version).
The petrol engine is a 2.7-litre unit that makes 166 PS and 245 Nm. Both motors can be had either with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
While the timeline for the Toyota Innova Crysta facelift launch has been revealed, deliveries are also said to begin soon after its launch, by the second half of the month.
Also, Toyota is expected to increase the asking price of the facelifted MPV by Rs. 60,000/- to up to Rs. 1 lakh.
