Tata Altroz Turbo Petrol Specs
The premium hatchback will get a 108 HP, 140 Nm turbo petrol engine

While Tata is working towards the launch of the Altroz Turbo Petrol, its specs and variant-wise price details have already leaked online.

As per the leaked document, the Altroz will get a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that will churn a maximum of 108 HP at 5500 RPM and 140 Nm of peak torque that will be available at 1500-5500 RPM.

Transmission option offered with the car is expected to be the same 5-speed manual that currently does duty paired to the naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol.

No word about the DCT can be seen in the image that Tata is reported to be developing, but we can expect it to be launched at a later stage.

Coming to the price, the turbo petrol Altroz will be priced between Rs. 7.99 lakhs and Rs. 8.75 lakhs (ex-showroom) and will be offered in four variants and we can assume that it will be the top four trims where the turbo petrol will be offered.

When it gets launched around Diwali, it will come with an additional new shade of blue and will rival the Volkswagen Polo and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo, both of which come powered by a 1.0-litre turbo petrol.
