Ford – The American carmaker is all set to introduce the Ford Endeavour Sport variant on 22nd September in India. The SUV comes with black embellishments on the exterior that lends it a sporty visual appeal. The interior is the same as the regular variant with beige upholstery.

Ducati – The Italian premium motorcycle maker has announced the launch of the new Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro BS6 in India. It will be introduced on 22nd September. The bike gets some visual updates but the engine remains unchanged. We expect Ducati to introduce the Sport Pro as well that offers premium hardware.

Ferrari – The Italian performance carmaker has just revealed the new 2021 Ferrari Portofino M. The letter ‘M’ here stands for ‘Modificata’. It is a facelift that offers more power and subtle styling tweaks. The convertible Ferrari now shares its engine with the Roma which is a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 producing 612 HP at 5750-7500 RPM and 760 Nm of torque at 3000-5750 RPM.

Suzuki – The Toyota-Suzuki partnership’s rebadging strategy is not only limited to the Indian market but it’s also happening in the international market as well. Suzuki has recently revealed the rebadged version of the Toyota Corolla Wagon which they’ve renamed as Suzuki Swace. It comes with mild cosmetic changes with the soft parts such as the grille and both the bumpers.

Comment of the day – Mahesh Thampi – “Fun fact- the Harrier is the first full size TATA SUV to not come equipped with AWD or low range 4×4. The Sierra, Sumo, Safari, 207, Telcoline, and Xenon were all born as 4x4s. Yes the Sumo had a 4×4 version (basically made for the Army but was available for civilians from 1994~2001). The Aria & Hexa had AWD. Nexon not considered as its a CSUV.”
