2020 Benelli 302R Launched In China, India Launch Later This Year
Benelli has introduced the MY2020 302R in China, it is expected launch in India by the end of this year.
2020 Benelli 302R revealed, launched in China. It comes with a price tag of CNY 32,800 (Rs. 3.51 lakhs). This looks quite similar to the Indian price when it was launched back in 2017 with a price tag of Rs. 3.48 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The 2020 model year 302R comes with mild updates. You won’t notice any visual tweaks because there are no styling changes with this update. There are no new features either. Benelli has just introduced a new range of colours.
The new colours look quite flashy on the bike that might appeal to a lot of buyers. It comes with red, green, white and blue colour options. The green shade might remind you of Kawasaki bikes.
The updated 302R is expected to hit Indian showrooms as well later this year. The engine remains unchanged but it is updated to meet the new emission norms.
It is the same 300cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 35.3 PS at 12,000 RPM and 27 Nm of peak torque at 9000 RPM. Benelli claims 0-100 km/hr acceleration timing of 6.8 seconds. While the top speed is rated at 170 km/hr.
It has a seat height of 785 mm, ground clearance of 160 mm and kerb weight of 204 kgs.
