Pulsar 150 Neon has more torque than the regular Pulsar 150.
Bajaj Auto is updating their lineup gradually for BS6 compliance. The Indian bike maker’s priority is to update the popular models first. There is a huge rejig in their portfolio with the BS6 transition.
The Pulsar 150 Neon has got a second price hike within a short span of time. The bike was updated to BS6 with a price hike and now there is yet another significant hike in the pricing.
With an increase of Rs. 4467/-, the Pulsar 150 Neon now comes with a price tag of Rs. 90,003/-. Not only this, it now comes with subtle visual changes too.
There is new engine guard for the Pulsar 150 Neon. The graphics have been updated on the cowl and tank. It is available in the same three colours – neon red, neon silver and neon lime green.
It is powered by the same 149.5cc, air-cooled, FI, BS6 engine producing 14 PS at 8000 RPM and 13.4 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM. When compared to the regular Pulsar 150, there is a difference in the output.
The latter produces 14 PS at a higher 8500 RPM while the torque output is lower at 13.25 NM which peaks at a higher 6500 RPM. Moreover, the 150 Neon weighs even 4 kgs less.
These differences will offer better performance with the 150 Neon. What about the price difference? Well, even with more performance on offer, the Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon Price is almost Rs. 7000/- cheaper than the regular 150.
