The 2020 Hyundai Creta gets a long list of equipment and competition in this segment will intensify.
Hyundai is gearing up to launch the second generation Creta in India later this month. The vehicle was unveiled at the 2020 Auto Expo and it drew a lot of interest from people. The second generation Hyundai Creta gets massive changes to the exteriors, interiors and under the hood.
The Hyundai Creta will be offered with three engine options – 1.5-litre NA petrol, 1.4-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel. The NA petrol engine will be offered with an MT or an IVT, the turbo petrol will be offered with a DCT while the diesel engine will be offered with an MT or a torque convertor AT.
The 1.5 MPi engine produces 115 PS at 6300 RPM and 144 Nm at 4500 RPM. The 1.4 T-GDi engine produces 140 PS at 6000 RPM and 242 Nm from 1500-3250 RPM. The 1.5 U2 diesel engine produces 115 PS at 4000 RPM and 250 Nm from 1500-2750 RPM.
The 2020 Hyundai Creta will come with features like voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, air purifier, 7.0-inch Supervision digital cluster, paddle shifters, drive modes (Eco, Comfort, and Sport), traction control modes (Snow, Sand, & Mud), rear disc brakes, rear sunshades, front & rear USB charger, cooled glovebox, LED headlamps, puddle lamps, BlueLink connectivity, TPMS, driver rearview monitor, electric parking brake, ambient lighting, and a 10.25-inch infotainment system with 8 Bose speakers.
Bookings for the 2020 Hyundai Creta are now open for Rs. 25,000/-. The vehicle is offered in the following colour options – Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Lava Orange, Titan Grey, Deep Forest (Turbo Only), Galaxy Blue, Red Mulberry, Polar White with Phantom Black and Lava Orange with Phantom Black.
