Volkswagen Golf – The Golf is a popular premium hatchback in the international market. The German carmaker has revealed the new Golf GTI Mk8. It comes with a 2.0-litre TSI turbo petrol engine producing 242 HP and 370 Nm of torque. 6-speed manual and 7-speed DSG auto transmission options are offered.
Hyundai i30 – Hyundai has given their premium hatchback i30 a facelift in the global markets. The design language is now sharper and it is available in three versions – hatchback, fastback and wagon. Highlight is the new V-shaped daytime running lights. Gets multiple engine options including petrol and diesel in the global markets.
Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 – The German luxury carmaker’s performance division has introduced Mercedes-AMG GLA 45. It is based on the second generation GLA. Powered by a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine producing 382 HP and 480 Nm mated to a 8-speed dual clutch transmission.
Skoda Octavia RS – Skoda Auto India will commence the bookings of the Skoda Octavia RS 245 on 1st March at 12 PM in India. The performance version of the Octavia will be available in limited 200 units and the bookings will start online. It will be available in 5 colour options and is priced at Rs. 35.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). Booking amount of the car is Rs. 1 lakh.
