KTM’s BS6-complaint Duke 390 costs Rs. 5500/- more than the BS4 model.
Owing to their displacement-to-output ratio, KTM products offer supreme value for money in terms of performance as well as equipment. As the deadline for updating to BS6 is nearing, KTM has updated its fleet to BS6-compliant engines. The bikes are also expected to get new colour schemes.
The prices are hiked by around Rs. 4000/- to Rs. 5000/- across the range. The Duke 250, which was spotted recently with new colour schemes at dealers, is now priced at Rs. 2 lakhs (ex-showroom). It was priced at Rs. 1.96 lakh (ex-showroom) earlier.
The BS6 version of the Duke 390 is now priced at Rs. 2.52 lakhs (ex-showroom). At this price, it costs Rs. 5000/- more than its BS4 iteration. The Duke 390 gets new colour schemes and will have a quick-shifter as standard.
The power figures are likely to remain more or less the same with the BS6 version of the bikes. There will be no other features on offer apart from the new colour theme and graphics with the BS6 version of the bikes.
