2020 Force Toofan MUV has been spotted on test with new updates.
The BS6 transition is happening not only in the private vehicle space but also for commercial vehicles. It is very important for the commercial vehicle makers to update their fleet to BS6 because it’ll hamper a lot of businesses if they don’t update their models.
One of the popular commercial vehicle maker in India is Force Motors. The automaker is currently testing their new range of BS6 vehicles that have been spotted multiple times at multiple places.
One of the new and most important products of Force Motors being tested is the Force Trax Toofan. This 12-seater MUV has been recently spotted testing by MotorBeamer Narinder Tandon.
The test mule is heavily covered in camouflage while the front profile reveals the new updates in terms of styling. The front fascia will get new headlights, grille and bumper. The rear profile will also get new tail lamps and bumpers.
The Force Toofan is a 12-seater, 4.8-metres long MUV with two front facing rows and two side facing seats at the rear. It is currently powered by a 2.6-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 85 HP at 3200 RPM and 230 Nm of torque at 1400-2400 RPM.
This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. With the BS6 update, we believe the power output will remain more or less the same. It is expected to be introduced ahead of the April 2020 deadline.
