The new KTM 390 Adventure is expected to be seen at the event.
KTM has confirmed that the company will be unveiling new products at the 2019 India Bike Week. While there is no official information for the same, it is speculated that the brand will unveil the new 390 Adventure. Apart from that, it is likely that IBW will be the first showcase point for the 2020 Bharat Stage VI compliant KTM motorcycles. It is believed that the company will reveal the motorcycles to the public and will announce its phased delivery timelines.
The KTM 250 Adventure could accompany the 390 Adventure in the lineup as the quarter-litre variant of KTM’s adventure family is already listed on the company’s Indonesian website. The 250 Adventure receives a halogen headlight and non-adjustable front forks while the higher 390 Adventure gets adjustable front and rear suspension, traction control system, full LED lighting and a Bluetooth-enabled colour TFT-display with turn-by-turn navigation.
The KTM 390 Adventure is powered by a 373.2 single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve, DOHC engine that is borrowed from the Duke 390. It delivers 43 PS of power and a maximum torque of 37 Nm. The 250 Adventure, on the other hand, will share its powertrain with the Duke 250. The quarter-litre model gets a 248.8 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC motor that delivers 29.5 hp of peak power and a max torque of 24 Nm.
