Honda has revealed updated versions of their scooters at the 2019 EICMA.
The Honda SH125i is a global scooter that is immensely popular and fetches very high sales for the Japanese company. Honda has now revealed the 2020 SH125i along with the SH150i. The scooters a redesigned body and a more powerful and efficient engine.
Since the 2020 Honda SH125i and SH150i get a redesigned frame, they gain 50% more storage spaces which includes 28-litres of under-seat storage. The scooters also get a USB charger and a Honda Smart Key. Honda claims that the scooters’ handling has also improved with the restyled body.
The 2020 Honda SH125i gets a new four-valve eSP+ Euro-5 compliant engine producing 12.3 HP at 8250 RPM. The engine has been tuned for better top-end power delivery and stronger acceleration while also returning more kms to the litre. Both the scooters, SH125i and SH150i now come with Honda Selectable Torque Control and Idling Stop as standard features.
