The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V gets SmartXonnect Bluetooth tech with a lot of smart features.
TVS has launched the Apache RTR 200 4V with SmartXonnect Bluetooth technology which allows the motorcycle to get a range of useful functions. The SmartXonnect tech comes with a TVS Connect App which is available on the Google App Store and iOS App Store.
The TVS SmartXonnect comes with a lot of features like turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS notifications, Lean Angle Mode, Crash Alert, Race Telemetry, Tour Mode, low fuel alert with assist, etc. The Lean Angle Mode uses the gyroscopic sensor on the phone to record the rider’s lean angle and displays it on the screen.
The Race Telemetry records vital data at the end of every race or ride. The Crash Alert system gets triggered when it detects that the bike has had a fall. The system notifies the rider’s emergency contact number within 180 seconds of the fall.
These features sure add a lot of value to the motorcycle and hopefully will be introduced on other bikes too. The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is priced at Rs. 1.14 lakh (ex-showroom). The carburettor version with dual-channel ABS is now available across India with Black and White colour options.
