Yamaha is offering complimentary riding jacket or helmet to their existing and future MT-15 owners.
In a bid to push the sales of their naked motorcycle, Yamaha is offering complimentary accessories for MT-15 owners. The Japanese bike maker is offering a riding jacket or helmet to existing and future owners of the MT-15. This campaign is valid for customers who bought the motorcycle 15th March 2019 onwards.
Yamaha has currently released a limited quantity of jackets with 10,000 units and helmets with 3000 units. The jackets will be available in M, L, XL and XXL sizes. Helmet will be available only in XL size. These accessories are available on a first come first serve basis.
All the existing and future buyers will have to go to their respective dealerships from where they purchased the motorcycle or intend to buy from, for registering and confirming the size of the jacket. Customers who purchased the MT-15 between 15th March to 30th June will be receiving the jackets by 3rd week of July.
Those who will purchase the bike from 1st July onwards will receive the jackets within 45 days of purchase. This campaign is valid from 27th May 2019 until stocks last. All the existing buyers will be contacted by authorised Yamaha dealerships regarding this campaign.
The MT-15 is powered by a 155cc, liquid cooled engine that produces 19.3 PS at 10,000 RPM and 14.7 Nm at 8500 RPM, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike gets single-channel ABS as standard, LCD display, LED headlamps and LED tail light. It is offered in black and blue colour options. The MT-15 is priced at Rs. 1.36 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
