Honda Unicorn 160 and Hornet 160R service campaign for a faulty clock initiated.
Customers of the Honda Unicorn 160 and Hornet 160R have had complaints regarding the non-functionality of the clock in the instrument cluster of the motorcycles. Now as a remedy to this problem, Honda has initiated a free of cost inspection for customers of both the motorcycles.
If you are a customer owning either the Unicorn 160 or the Hornet 160R, all you need to do is, make an advance booking for your motorcycles’ inspection at the service station and if required, Honda will be replacing the digital meter irrespective of the motorcycles’ warranty status.
Honda has updated this issue on their website where in a customer can check whether his/her motorcycle has been affected by this issue just by entering the Vehicle Identity Number (VIN) or the Engine Frame Number. Honda says this service campaign is part of the company’s endeavour to offer the best customer satisfaction through their products and services.
