The Bajaj V12 is going to be positioned below the V15 and gets similar styling with a smaller engine.
Bajaj Auto launched the V15 earlier this year and the bike has become a success because it was marketed really well. The fuel tank of the bike uses steel from INS Vikrant and this is the USP of the bike. The V15 comes with a 150cc engine but now the company is launching a smaller sibling of the bike, called the V12.
The Bajaj V12 is priced at Rs. 56,200/- (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it Rs. 6000/- more than the V15. The V12 is based on the same platform as the V15 and even the design is very similar. Just like its elder sibling, the V12 will also make use of steel from INS Vikrant for its fuel tank.
The Bajaj V12 will get a 124.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 11 HP of power and 10.8 Nm of torque. Just like the V15, the V12 is also expected to get a very good response and the bike should be a hit in the 125cc segment. The V15 is Bajaj’s best-seller in the 150cc segment.
