The Triumph Bonneville T100 has been launched in India, priced at Rs. 7.78 lakhs.
Triumph showcased the new Bonneville T100 at the recent Intermot and now the company has already launched the bike in India. The Triumph Bonneville T100 has been launched at a price of Rs. 7.78 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) and it is also the second most affordable bike in Triumph India’s line-up.
The Triumph Bonneville T100 carries retro styling just like some of its other stable mates. It gets a tubular steel twin cradle. It is loaded with features like traction control, ride-by-wire throttle, LED tail light, USB power socket, engine immobiliser and ABS. Both the wheels come with disc brakes. The Bonneville T100 is offered in 3 colours – Jet Black, Intense Orange with New England White and Aegean Blue with Fusion White.
The Triumph Bonneville T100 is powered by the same engine from the Street Twin. The 900cc, parallel twin, liquid-cooled engine belts out 55 PS of power at 5900 RPM and 80 Nm of torque at 3230 RPM. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The claimed fuel efficiency is 31.46 km/l. It has a fuel tank capacity of 14.5-litres and weighs 213 kgs.
Rear suspension duties are taken care of by KYB twin shocks with adjustable preload and 120 mm travel while at the front you get KYB 41 mm forks. The front and rear tyres bear the sizes 100/90/18 and 150/70/17 respectively. Triumph will offer more than 150 accessories for the bike.
