In a bid to expand its product range in overseas markets, Bajaj has now launched the Pulsar 150 NS in Colombia. The bike is the sibling of the Pulsar AS 200.
Bajaj has successfully been selling the Pulsar range of bikes in the Indian market but the manufacturer has big plans for overseas markets as well. The firm has been selling some of its products in countries like Turkey and now they have launched the Pulsar 150 NS in Colombia.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS carries similar styling as the 200 NS but there are some minor tweaks to the design. However, it still looks very sporty and aggressive and appeals to the younger generation. The body panels also feature a striking design and the Pulsar 150 NS emerges as a very well-proportioned bike.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS is powered by a 150cc 4-stroke, liquid-cooled engine that churns out 17 HP of power. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission and it also has DTS-i TwinSpark technology. The motorcycle is going to be launched in India too but Bajaj already started exporting it to other countries.
Apart from Colombia, the Pulsar 150 NS has been shipped to other countries like Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Turkey, Finland and Thailand. The company exported 20,000 units of the bike. The bike is priced at $5,990,000 in Colombia which roughly translates to Rs. 1.29 lakhs.
