Italian motorcycle manufacturer, Moto Guzzi, unveiled its all-new mid-size cruiser V9 Roamer at the Indian Auto Expo 2016.
The Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer is a middleweight, old school cruiser which is powered by an 853cc, four stroke, 90-degree longitudinal V-twin engine coupled with a six-speed transmission. This Italian cruiser delivers a maximum power of 54.23 BHP at 6,250 rpm with a peak torque of 62 Nm at 3,000 rpm. The bike features a new frame and is designed with inputs from Piaggio Advanced Design Center. Moto Guzzi claims that they have tried to minimize the use of plastic parts on this cruiser which according to them is light, agile and built for excitement.
The V9 Roamer has been equipped with 100/90/R19 front and 150/80/R16 rear tyres that come mounted over robust multi-spoke wheels. The fuel tank on this bike has a maximum capacity of 15 litres and its total kerb weight is around 200 kilograms. Other features on the bike include standard ABS, adjustable traction control, and a USB socket.
